Term 4 learning!

Jude Hancock —

Another successful term completed

Term 4 has been full of excitement with our innovation theme.  Students invented so many weird and wonderful creations!

We had inventions to grab balls off the roof, space food, new shoes, and media, as well as in-depth projects on the invention of the atomic bomb, famous boats, why fighter jets were invented, why elastic was invented, playground design, devices that detect allergies, a new type of butter, the list could go on and on!

Mini-schools invited whānau into their celebrations of learning.  I want to take a moment to recognise the hard work of teachers and students to make sure that learning was presented in such an engaging way!  But also to thank the parents who made the time to come and support their children's learning.  It was so wonderful to see you in our kura and celebrate what's happening in the classroom spaces.

Have an excellent summer break!
