THE GEIS School day starts at 8.45am

Jacob Prisk —

WHY IS IT IMPORTANT FOR YOUR CHILD TO ARRIVE AT SCHOOL ON TIME?

We are currently finding a number of students arriving late to school and this is having an impact on their learning.

At GEIS school starts at 8.45am and all students need to be in their classrooms, organised and ready to go for a days learning at this time. We have an 8.40am bell that goes that lets students know to start heading to their classes for an 8.45am start.

The likelihood of success in learning is strongly linked to strong participation in school programmes, which is linked to arriving on time. It is very important for children to develop habits of arriving on time at an early age.
