Glendale Road, Glen Eden – Raised Zebra Crossing
Auckland Transport are proposing a new zebra crossing to be located on Glendale Road. As you may be aware many students from GEIS use this road in walking to and from school and it's increasingly difficult to cross over during peak drop off/pick up times due to increased vehicle use and speed. At the moment there is no safe crossing for children between Glen Eden Village and the current zebra crossing just before Kauriland's/Withers Road intersection. Auckland Transport are seeking feedback to enable this to happen.
