In the Engineering Ako group we decided to make a Star Wars themed—mouse droid—trash can that will circle the school during break times. The mouse-droid bin will play prerecorded Star Wars-themed sentences until people put their rubbish in the bin. During term 1 and term 2, we split into different groups and designed parts of the droid bin. 

One group started figuring out the shape while another was programming with Lego Mindstorms to see how we could make the bin travel around the school autonomously. We are now starting to get the different pieces ready. In our groups, we are working with the Arduino components which will control the bin and on the drawing of the sides onto the wood Mr. Towl has selected for us.
