On Thursday 21st November GEIS school council held it's final fundraiser for the year to support Christmas Box.

Christmas Box is a local grassroots organisation that delivers Christmas gift-wrapped food boxes to neighbouring families in need.

What is in the Christmas Box?

Christmas Box is a food box that caters to a family of 4-6, helping supplement breakfast, lunch and dinner meals for over a week.  

GEIS and its generous community raised over $1000 which is a tremendous effort.  Each box costs the organisation $30 so the funds raised will make a difference to a number of families. 

The school council would like to thank our students and families for all the donations it has received over the year in support of such worthy causes.
