PHYSICAL EDUCATION
FITNESS ASSESSMENT
The school has a series of fitness assessments to be completed once a term.
The test results will be completed for each individual based on cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength and endurance.
Fitness Assessments:
1. Beep Test / Bronco Test
2. Strength Testing - Push Ups
3. Strength Testing - Sit Ups
4. Agility Test - Star Run / Step Ups
Assessment grading is different for boys and girls.

TERM ONE
- Weeks 1-6: Swimming
- Week 7: Fitness Assessment
- Weeks 8-10: Tennis/Cricket
TERM TWO
- Weeks 1-5: Football (Soccer)
- Week 6: Fitness Assessment
- Weeks 7-10: Hockey/Basketball
TERM THREE
- Week 1-3: Ki O Rahi
- Week 4: Fitness Assessment
- Weeks 5-6: Quick Rip
- Weeks 7-10: Volleyball
TERM FOUR
- Weeks 1-5: Athletics
- Week 6: Fitness Assessment
- Weeks 7-10: Water Safety
