Over 120 events are on offer (many free), including lots suitable for the whole family.

Bring the kids along to make bug hotels, get up close and personal with weta and other native reptiles, go on bat walks and talks, kayak,  make bags out of t-shirts, weave baskets, cycle the trails of West Auckland, and much more.

You’ll get the chance to explore the natural gems in our backyard, meet local creators and take part in DIY workshops.  You will also discover smarter ways to live, and view climate change in creative ways through song, theatre and art.
