A few weeks into term four, Room 12 was invited to the local Kindergarten next to our own school, Kaurilands Kindy.
The deal was that the kids in Room 12 would each write a story in exchange for their time and a Christmas carol; we had until December. Our class started to get to work on our miscellaneous stories and a few extra puzzles. The term went by and we were ready to present; it was the day. Room 12 entered the kindergarten with smiles on each of their faces, meeting them was certainly going to be exciting.
The Kindergarten sang us a Christmas carol with joy; considering their age it was actually pretty amazing. Subsequently, after their performance the kids disembarked from the stage and we finally met them. Our stories were shared, games were played and so on. Our experience at the Kindergarten is one we will remember.
We give thanks to everyone who helped this to happen.
