Room 25 Goes Pekapeka (Bat) Crazy!

A spark from our term 2 Inquiry sent us on a tangent this year.
Room 25 became Pekapeka (Bat!) crazy. So I followed their lead. On a Wednesday night in Term 4, we ended up in the bush on Mountain Road tracking bats. We didn’t manage to hear them tonight but the kids had a blast. We did manage to see glow worms and learn lots about our local stream:)
