Girls Waitakere Zone Softball

The GEIS girls Year 7 softball team went 5 games unbeaten at Waitakere zone, and booked themselves a spot at the Auckland Champs next week!
Many of these girls have never played softball before and they sure did learn fast with maybe a nudge or two to get them running bases!
Our year 8 girls have made it through to the final and will play against Henderson at a later date (due to weather).
A BIG thank you to our parents, coaches and whānau for supporting our teams.
