Tūī Class

Pae Mānawa | Office - September 5, 2022

The tamariki in Tūī have been busy creating their artwork for Calendar Art. We have each created a family tree artwork inspired by Kandinsky J.

First we drew our family members on small pieces of paper. Then we cut them out and glued them onto coloured pieces of paper. We did this step twice! After, we used a ruler to help us draw a tree. Then we used green crayon for the grass/hill and went over it using blue dye. Lastly, we glued on tree and family members.
