Jason Rea —

Discovering how mindfulness connects to overall wellness reveals the path to a fulfilling life.

Raise

Our second Raise mentoring group graduated during Term 4! Our students completed their 10-week mentoring program which saw improvements in student self esteem, confidence and social skills.

Part of the program included an exclusive opportunity to visit Salesforce. Salesforce are a technology company that build cloud-based solutions to help businesses connect to their companies. Our Raise mentees went to their office in Circular Quay where they explored cutting-edge technology, heard about the latest AI developments, and gained insights from industry leaders in marketing, IT, and customer relations.

We thank Raise for their ongoing connection with our school community and would like to invite community members the opportunity to volunteer with their company.

Movember

During the last week of Movember we hosted various activities to support Men’s health. Our boys went on a ‘Mo Hunt’ engaged in a staff v students Mo Football match, and to acknowledge the ultimate Mo (Mario), boys played video games in the library. We hope to have shone awareness on the health needs of males.

We hope that during the holidays you have an opportunity to relax and recharge. Ensuring that you have an opportunity to top up all aspects of your wellbeing so that you come back to 2024 to reach your potential. If during the break you require any support there are a lot of websites and other organisations that can support you:
