A huge thank you to Michelle Griffin from Westside Surf + Street, Greymouth for sponsoring Year 11 for the attendance initiatives at Greymouth High School by contributing gift vouchers for our ākonga to win as prizes. Greymouth High School has also matched their contribution. This means that from Term 3, all Year 11 students will be eligible to win one of four $10 Westside gift cards each week.

Students can go in the draw for Beat the Bell by ensuring they are on time to classes and for Five for Five, ensure they attend all of their classes regularly each day. We know that feeling welcome and learning at school is important so we hope to foster positivity by celebrating those who consistently do the right thing as well as those who want to make a positive change for themselves.

We are working on partnering with other local businesses and hope to have all year levels sponsored throughout this term.
