This year I have taken the opportunity to raise money for the Life Education Trust  -
there is a group in the North Island that do a big bike ride for charity every second year, this year they are riding from Picton to the Miford Sound raising money for Life Education along the way. Each Life Ed Trust was given the opportunity to fundraise locally when the cyclists passed through their town, and our team jumped at the chance to get on board.

We have four local West Coast riders joining the group from Murchison to Arthurs Pass over two days, we will be fundraising along the way including a lunch in Reefton and an evening event in Greymouth on Monday the 15th at Monteiths, with Josh Komen as our guest speaker. A poster with the details of this event is attached. 

Our West Coast superstar cyclists taking on this challenge are Sharlotte Lucas (Hokitika), Martin McDonald (Greymouth), Shane Thrower and Graeme Neylon (Reefton).
