Want to give rugby a go - here is your chance!

West Coast Rugby are putting on girls only rugby day on Sunday 10th April in Greymouth.

This is a fantastic opportunity to get some great coaching, learning the skills of rugby or developing the skills you already have.

Details of the rugby session:

• Times approx. 12pm-3pm (will be confirmed closer to the time)
• Location: Noel McMillan Park, Greymouth (Marist Field)
• BRING: Rugby training clothes, boots, mouthguard, food and drink
• The day will involve an hour to an hour and a half of skills and variation games under the guidance of reputable coaches
• Following that the girls will then be given the opportunity to play a game made up from all girls who attend.
• Only those who wish to play will play.
• Those who turn up will present whatever the grade of game that will take place.
• Dependent on the turnout it is possible that two separate grades may be played.
• Girls from Westport, Reefton and Westland will also be involved.
• Those girls from U13 grade and up are more suited for this but we will not exclude any girl, even if they just want to watch.
