Variety Show

A massive congratulations to our senior leaders who, with the senior leaders from JPII, who organised the whole variety show, It was such a fantastic night all of the acts were amazing. A special congratulations go to Ms Wise and Ms Nitesh who showed us their amazing talents with Ms Wise singing and playing the piano, and Ms Nitesh’s traditional Indian dancing. I especially enjoyed the final act of all of the senior leaders singing songs from across the ages - fabulous!

Basketball Nationals in Palmerston North

I was so fortunate to be able to attend the Girls’ and Boys’ High School Basketball Nationals in Palmerston North in the first week of the Term 3 holidays. I had a fantastic time watching nearly all of our students’ games. They all played so hard and with so much heart I was really proud. The photo that I chose for this week’s newsletter really epitomises to me how fantastic sport is. It is great to win but what is even better is becoming a great person!

I would also like to thank the parents and whānau who came to watch and to all of our sponsors!

The Pub Charity Limited for a grant which assisted our families even further for sending away our talented athletes.
