Kia ora koutou

We have been lucky enough to secure free hearing screening tests for all of our Year 9 students. This takes place in the week of 14-18 June 2021. The tests are conducted by the National Foundation for Deaf and Hard of Hearing New Zealand.

The foundation needs parental consent in order to test a child. There are multiple ways of giving consent;

• Return the paper copy that students will receive this week
• Complete the online form on their website https://www.nfdhearinghub.org.nz/copy-of-parental-consent-form
• Email office@greyhigh.school.nz giving consent 

Attached is information about the screening programme. Your child will also need to sign a form. We can do this at school once permission is granted from parents.
