We host Nelson College Boarders for 5 sports fixtures on Friday 16th October!

This year we have the honor of hosting not just one but five games of sport in Matt Gunter’s memory, 1st XV and U15 Rugby, Senior and Junior Basketball, and 1st XI Football.

The annual rugby game is to celebrate the amazing life of Matt who was tragically taken from those who loved him far too early. Matt was a West Coast local who attended Nelson College for his secondary schooling and played rugby for Nelson College. This memorial game is coming into its 8th year where both schools show a lot of passion in honour of Matt and his family who are always in attendance to this great spectacle.

We hope to see you there to remember Matt and to support the teams at any of the sporting fixtures!
