The purpose of this initiative is to encourage students and staff to demonstrate the ARCH values: Akoranga, Respect, Community and Hauora. The ARCH values underpin our positive school culture. When we are demonstrating and celebrating the values our school community is stronger.

Staff will award ARCH cards in and out of class, and will circle the value that is being demonstrated. Students are responsible for placing their cards into the correct box in the student office, from which their name can be drawn at whole school and year level assemblies. Winning students receive vouchers to spend at our school café.

You can support your student by getting them to explain the school values to you, and brainstorming together ways that the values might be demonstrated at school, at home and in the community.
