Races to Enter:
Triathlon: Run - Kayak - Bike
- Run 9km Start from the Community Centre in Franz Josef Township and run along SH6 to Jetty Bay, Lake Mapourika.
- Kayak 5km Paddle out of Jetty Bay, follow the buoys. Course information will be given out on the day.
- Bike 19km Bike north along SH6 to Whataroa Township, ending at the Whataroa Domain.
- Costs: Individual $35; Team $90
Triathlon: Run - Swim - Bike
- Run 9km Start from the Community Centre in Franz Josef and run along SH6 to Jetty Bay, Lake Mapourika.
- Swim 500m Swim 250 metres out from Jetty to the right, go around buoy and swim 250 metres back to jetty. Run 500 metres along tar seal to bike transition.
- Bike 22.5km Bike north along SH6 to Whataroa Township, ending at the Whataroa Domain.
- Costs: Individual $35; Team $90
Duathlon: Run - Bike
- Run 9.5km Start from the Community Centre in Franz Josef township and run along SH6 to the change point, 500 metres past Jetty Bay, Lake Mapourika.
- Bike 22.5km Cycle north along SH 6 to Whataroa Township, ending at the Whataroa Domain.
- Costs: Individual $35; Team $60
