Greymouth High School Senior A Boys are off to NATIONALS!!

A big campaign away in Timaru at the South Island A Qualifiers saw some tight competition across the four days of action - but most importantly they got their goal of locking in a top 5 qualification spot to send them away to the New Zealand Secondary School Nationals hosted in Palmerston North in only a few weeks time! Nationals run 30 September - 3 October.

The results from SISS were:-

G1 vs Oxford Area School 80-70 Won

G2 vs Richmond View School 82-53 Won

G3 vs Māruawai College 41-90 Lost

G4 vs Aparima College 82-57 Won

G5 vs Wakatipu High School 78-68 Won (friendly default win regardless)

G6 vs St Kevin’s College 75-92 Lost

G7 Semifinal vs Rangiora New Life School 99-60 Won

G8 5th/6th Final vs Aparima College 88-77 Won
