At the end of Term 3, the Qwest French Studies group were hosted by chefs Evelyne Baumgartner and Bradley Stanger at the polytech for a baking lesson! 

Students made some French treats--profiteroles, filled with chantilly cream and dipped in a chocolate ganache--and helped to decorate a tower built from the finished profiteroles. We had a great time and are very grateful to TPP for the opportunity!
