As I informed you all last term, Gulf Harbour School has been instructed by the Ministry of Education to put in place an enrolment zone in order to manage our increasing roll. This zone has been developed by the MoE, not the school.

Please read the attached information to check you live within our school zone. This only matters if you have younger children that you are wanting to attend GHS in the future and you live out of zone. THIS DOES NOT CONCERN CHILDREN ALREADY ATTENDING OUR SCHOOL THAT MAY LIVE OUT OF ZONE, however this does effect siblings that will be enrolling at Gulf Harbour School that live out of zone. The attached forms MUST be completed and approved by the Board of Trustees within the dates below.

• The deadline for applications to start GHS in Terms 2 and 3 closes on 28th February 2023. 
• The deadline for applications to start GHS in Terms 4 2023 and Term 1 2024 closes on 1st September 2023.

I have attached a copy for your reference. This is also available via our school website or from the front office.

Applications MUST be received by:

• 28 February for the March Ballot - This date for Out of Zone Enrollments starting in Term 2 & 3 - 2023

• 1st September for the end of September Ballot - This date for Out of Zone Enrollments starting in Term 4 - 2023 & Term 1 - 2024
