Swimming Sports
What an occasion it was when we had our Tuakana tamariki down at Stanmore Bay Pools taking part in our annual Swimming Sports. From House Team challenges, to fun swimming activities (with not a small amount of competition in-between!) it was a fantastic day had by all!
House Leaders
It is always a tremendous privelege to announce our House Leaders and this year has been no exception. These students have been chosen for their leadership skills, ability to work well with others and for their continued ability to hold the school values at the very heart of all they do. They are already exceptional leaders in their own right, but will continue to develop these skills as the year unfolds. Here are the House Leaders for 2024:
GHS Gets Sporty!
Finally, we are always looking to help and develop opportunities for our Tuakana students. As part of this, we have been able to invest in new football goals! The students have been loving playing with the new goals (under the watchful eye of 'referee' Ritchie Boutell) and they have proven a roaring success! Watch out, Messi!
