Tuakana Newsletter – Week 7, Term 1

Kia ora Tuakana whānau,

We are now more than halfway through Term 1, and I am so impressed with how much the students in Tuakana have been learning. The quality of work I am seeing across the team is fantastic, and it’s great to see the children pushing themselves to do their best.

Athletics Day – A Huge Success!
A big congratulations to all our Tuakana students for their effort, determination, and sportsmanship on Athletics Day. It was clear that their specialist sessions with Miss Henton have helped them perfect their skills, and the results spoke for themselves. We have some outstanding athletes at Gulf Harbour School, but what stood out the most was the way students cheered each other on and celebrated each other’s success. Ka pai, Tuakana!
