Throughout the year, Hagley students have an opportunity to attend ‘taster’ days at ARA and other tertiary institutions.

These are free* and are mainly open to students in Years 11-13, but some are available to all year groups. The tasters can range from a few hours to a full day. If any student wishes to attend any of the courses listed below, come to Hagley Careers to book.

10 October - Design Portfolio Workshop (all ages)

10 October - Engineering/Architecture: Structure Portfolio Workshop (all ages)

Term 4:

19 October - Hairdressing

26 October - Beauty Therapy

26 October - Sparky for a Day

12 November - Coding for Controllable Devices

13 November - Introduction to Javascript

14 November - How to be successful in IT

*Non-attendance results in a $50 fee.
