Hi I'm Jack Rodgers and I'm in Year 9 at Hagley College.

I'm really into skateboarding and wakeboarding and as far as sports go I really like football and basketball.

I've lived in Christchurch all of my life and I went to Heathcote Valley School up until I arrived at Hagley.

I am one of four siblings and I'm the youngest. All of us have been through Hagley College so I knew a bit about the place before I arrived. That was pretty handy!

I like Hagley a lot! There is freedom and I love how you move around your classes and see different teachers. It's much better than only having one teacher.

The opportunity to get involved in sport is awesome and I'm looking forward to starting indoor football on Wednesday.

I have met some great people already, students and teachers, and I'm most looking forward to doing more woodwork with Mary and improving my skills in that class.
