In the Creative Cook programme we have been learning about canapes.

Earlier in the year we had the opportunity to showcase our skills at the Fashion Show and from that we created two in-house canape competitions. The students got to design a canape from their culture, one hot and one cold canape. They also had to share the story behind their design when they presented their canape to the class. Pauline and Nurse Anne were guest judges. You can see photos of some of their amazing creations below.
