Hagley College tries to do its part for the environment by communicating electronically with students, parents, and whānau as much as possible. If you haven't received an email from us in 2021, we may have your contact details incorrectly recorded.

Wherever we can, reporting and other information will be emailed to students and caregivers, rather than being posted out. This means that all students, parents, and whānau will be able to access information immediately, which will be faster, cheaper and more environmentally friendly than paper copies.

Remember you can log into the Parent Portal at any time to view and check your contact details are accurate. If you need to update any of your contact details you can email the College at mydetails@hagley.school.nz - please include your child’s full name and clearly advise the change required.

If parents/whānau have not supplied an email address, they will be posted a paper hard-copy of information. However, this may take some time to arrive in the post.
