2019 also sees the launch of a new school timetable. The major differences are a slightly earlier start time of 8:30am and a 3pm finish. The exception is Wednesdays, when classes start at 9:45am and finish at 2:40pm for sport. See below for a photo of the new timetable structure.

The new school timetable offers students more choice in their day, with 7 option lines for senior students to choose from, and more optional choices for junior students (Kete Wana). Year 9 to 11 students will still do a full programme of study every day. Year 12 & 13 students will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of different activities or short courses in the times that they don't have regular classes.
