Hagley College issues reports and school information electronically wherever possible.

All regular reporting and other information is emailed to caregivers, rather than being posted out. This means that all students will be able to access an electronic report, which will be much faster, cheaper and more environmentally friendly than a paper report.

To help this process along, could you please advise the College as soon as possible of your preferred email address and cell phone number, particularly if your contact details have changed recently. An email to mydetails@hagley.school.nz with your student’s full name, your email address and cell phone number would be greatly appreciated. Report notifications will be emailed to the addresses that we have on file for each student’s caregiver(s). Students will be able to access their report through the Student Portal.

If parents/whānau have not supplied an email address, they will be posted a paper version of their student’s report, but this will be issued later than electronic reports have been released.

The first full reports for the year are due to be issued electronically in the week beginning May 28th, 2018.
