The Hagley College Board of Trustees announces the appointment of Rowan Milburn as the new Tumuaki/Principal of Te Puna Wai o Waipapa/Hagley College.

Sam Tipa Crocket is part of a combined senior Art Wear and junior Kete Wana class that are designing and making entries for the Tīaho Fashion Awards that will coincide with Matariki celebrations in late June.

What a term it has been, and the end is in sight for our students, staff and whānau!

Hagley Theatre Company has gotten off to a cracker start this year. We have another wonderful group of young people who have thrown themselves right into life as full-time performing arts students.

Earlier this term we really enjoyed interviewing some of our Year 9 students for the 2023 Junior College Lookbook. The Lookbook is for current Year 8 students and their parents/caregivers, who might be considering coming to Hagley for Year 9 in 2023.

2022 has been yet another consecutive year of uncertainty and change, and the results of this continue to be felt throughout our kura. From Covid-19 to recruiting a new Tumuaki, the Board of Trustees has been very busy.
