Share your content with our Trusted Connections Feature 💞
Hail changes the game with the Trusted Connections option.
In Hail, we already enable team collaboration by supporting the sharing of articles, photos and videos with others in your Hail organisation. But now, collaboration doesn't have to be confined to just your team.
Ok, so what are Trusted Connections?
Trusted Connections takes Hail's collaboration one step further by promoting content sharing between separate but associated Hail organisations. So now you can effortlessly publish content to another school, community group, business or non-profit that uses Hail.
A web of content shared between your trusted connections. This is a game-changer and saves so much time by sharing content with others.
Here are some trusted connection scenarios:
- Many schools have associated sports, sponsors, community and church groups that also use Hail. By creating a two-way trust you can now share articles between these organisations; for example, a school that is associated with a church can share news to the church's subscriber base and vice-versa.
- Schools in the same area who want to share news, community notices and resources through associations such as New Zealand's Communities of Learning | Kāhui Ako initiative.
- City councils, businesses and education institutions using Hail newsletters across multiple departments and attractions who want to promote specific news and events to all their subscriber bases.
Great, but how does it work?
To create a Trusted Connection simply get in touch with your associated Hail organisation(s) and let us know you'd like to share content. We'll set it up for you and it'll appear as a new item in your Hail Connections.
To make it easy we will show your trusted organisations in the dashboard and also alert you when an article is shared.
