The same applies to our AI Chatbot — what’s asked stays private. The chatbot only scans the content you’ve made available in your Hail-powered site or publication.

Hail Assist and the AI Chatbot are entirely optional. With Hail Assist, you choose when to use it, review all changes, and can choose to update just a paragraph or two. You’re always in control, and you edit everything before publishing. AI suggestions are just that: suggestions.

The AI Chatbot can be enabled on the websites or publications you choose. It only scans Hail content on your site — it doesn’t go crawling the internet. You're in full control.

👉️You own your content

Anything created with Hail Assist is still your content. Using AI doesn’t change ownership or rights.

We’ve created simple guidelines to help you use AI responsibly, including:
