Adding an image to your library

• Head to the Media library section in the main menu on the left-hand side.
  
• To add an image from your device, click + Image, and select the images you would like to upload. Or you could simply drag and drop your images to anywhere on this page.
• If you don’t have any good images on hand you can click on Stock Images to search and import free stock images. Add as many as you'd like (just remember to keep the photographer as Pixabay).

Editing images

• Once you've uploaded your image, you can select the edit button to go in and edit the image caption, description, photographer and date. 

• You may want to edit them as a batch. For example, you may be adding images showcasing all your sponsors for an event. You could multi-select those images by using the checkboxes and then click edit selected.
• You can then caption all those selected images with the same caption. For example: 'Thank you to all our sponsors for their support'. You can also edit the photographer and date on this edit screen. 

Adding a video to your library

• You cannot upload videos directly to Hail. You will need to have your videos uploaded to Vimeo or YouTube and then simply bring your link over to the videos section of your media library.
• Click+ Video and simply paste the video link in. Your video is now stored in your media library to use in your articles and website.
• You can edit videos in the same way you edit images by following the steps above.

Your images and videos are now ready to be added to your articles and website! 🥳

Adding media to your content

• Once you have your images added and want to add them to an article, you simply click back to the Articles section in the main menu and then click on your article in the list to open its edit screen.
• From there, you'll find several places to include media, such as in your 'hero' image or video, within the body of your article, and in the gallery at the bottom.
• You can also add media to your website by heading to the website section and selecting the media you'd like to display as the banner.
• Additionally, you can add a video to your website by scrolling to the bottom of that section, clicking on Video Block, and adding the video from a link or directly from your library.
