The Settings section, found in the top right-hand dropdown when you click your organisation, is restricted to the Hail organisation Owners, Admins and Publishers.

This is where you fill in details that apply to the whole account, such as: Your organisation's branding, name, contact information, social media links, web address and domains. 

The more you fill in here the richer your Hail published material will be, as it will pull this information into your content.

This is also where you would find details about your Hail plan and billing.
