Hail & Helix are now Integrated 💚🩵
We're thrilled to announce that Hail is now integrating with the newest Student Management System in NZ, Helix.
Helix is the newcomer on the block and we are super-excited that we have already integrated with the service.

The Hail integration with Helix is all about saving you time and it's FREE.
How it works:
Hail and Helix are joined at the hips - no need to update Hail mail lists ever again. When you add or remove a new student or move students between year groups, all the contact details are automatically updated in Hail. 💥A huge time saver, no need to manually update your contacts in Hail.
For Example: Need to send a message out to whole school - easy as - choose the All Caregivers list in Hail Mail and a message will be sent to all your Helix contacts (as well as social media, website, etc). Or perhaps you want to send a welcome message to your Year 9 students - choose that list. Simple eh?
So what integrates? 🔄
Once integrated Hail will automatically sync contacts from Helix. This includes these options:
All Caregivers email addresses
All Staff email addresses
Year Group Contacts - both student and/or caregiver contacts.
Privacy🔒
You can rest assured that we take privacy very seriously. Please note:
You can decide what you want to sync, from All Contacts, Year Groups, etc.
We only sync the email address in Helix and we do not have access to any other information.
We also cannot change any information that you have in Helix. If an email address is missing then it needs to be added into Helix.
