We’ve just shipped some HUGE new updates to Hail Mail to give you much requested reporting around mailouts and unsubscribers.

We’ve been blown away by the uptake of Hail Mail since we launched it at the start of the year. In fact, so many of you have moved your subscriber lists to Hail Mail that last week we passed A MILLION mailouts!

So as a big THANK YOU 💚 for making Hail Mail such a success we're pleased to bring you the following upgrades to the reports...

Subscriber Activity

We've tweaked the Edit Subscriber popover window to also include individual subscriber activity — displaying: Sents, Opens and Clicks for all mailouts (with the latest at the top).

This window is opened from the Subscriber Browser after searching for subscribers and from the ‘Edit Subs’ list option.

Mailout Activity

This is a new popover window that opens when clicking on a mailout list item from the Hail Mail Dashboard. It displays an overview report and then lists recipient subscribers and whether or not they have opened or clicked on the mailout.

Unsubscriber Filter

Another requested feature — you can now filter your subscriber lists to display all the unsubscribers at the top. As seen in the screenshot above, simply click on the third filter option which you'll find after the Sort by: Date and Alphabetical filters in the Subscriber List Browser.
