We are super excited about 2025 and rolling out new features and services that will keep Hail at the forefront.
We have listened to your feedback - thank you - and now that we have completed our software upgrade and achieved our security certification.. it is full steam ahead with new features to make Hail stand out, save you time and keep your community engaged.
Ok, so what is coming? 😎 Here are some sneak peaks!
Communities
Community is at the heart of Hail.
For a while we have wanted to make it easy for you to share your messages with other Hail organisations. Well, we have built it and it will be rolled out in the New Year.
This feature will allow you to find other Hail organisations, ask if they want to be part of your community and then share articles with them.
Intelligent Notices
Noticeboard
We know how important it is to keep your community informed. It is challenging when important notices are locked to app users, hidden on locked web pages or shared on social media when your community may not have a Facebook account!
Well, we will be rolling out an Intelligent Noticeboard a single site that contains all your notices. No need to share and publish, the site will auto-update every time you add a new notice.
And to save you time, you can add repeat options and set an expiry date to automatically remove the notice.
New Websites Themes
The Hui
A new website theme called the Hui which brings together notices, links, newsletters and information in one place.
We are building this new theme and we are thrilled with feedback so far. We see this site being a perfect option for:
Portals to share information-think sports, wellbeing, sports, international, news etc
Community website, or
a community newsfeed.
And best of all.... wait for it.... we will enable you to have multiple websites in Hail . 💥
Fonts
New Fonts
We have a major overhaul of our branding options currently being designed.
Yes, this will include new fonts, easier ways to change colours in your Hail publication.
We know you are all keen for new fonts and hence we are prioritsing this feature.
and did we mention, new email templates and accessibility options??
