Westmere School Studio Update by Pexels

Why do Schools love using Hail? Who better to ask that Westmere School who have been an early adopter of Hail.
At Westmere School we use Hail to communicate to our Community. We have replaced our traditional website with Hail. We write fortnightly School Newsletters that contain news and events about our kura and tamariki including items such as sports accomplishments, advice and tips for parents, advertising for upcoming events, etc.
Three times a term we also send out Studio Updates which are updates from our teachers about what is happening within our Studios across the school β they outline the learning that is happening and any ways that parents can support.
Our Communication Ambassadors (Year 5 and 6 tamariki) create their own Newsletter called WoW (What's on Westmere) containing articles about what is happening in and around the kura from the unique perspective of our learners for other tamariki and parents.
Hail is extremely easy to use. Everything is formatted so there is very little room for error or confusion. All of our users are able to create content on Hail β tamariki, teachers, parents, the Principal!
It is easy to push out newsletters and edit content in real time if there are any changes or updates needed.
Individual articles from a publication can also be resent if anything needs an extra push or further exposure. The content comes together to create your website content or a publication for a newsletter, etc.
Our community love the clean, professional look. They appreciate being able to read content across platforms. It is just as easy to read on your laptop/desktop as it is on your phone.
