Term 3 2019

To celebrate the diverse cultures in our school community, we have decided to hold an International Fair in Spring 2019. This will focus on showcasing the food and culture of other nations and include games and cultural displays. We will be looking to the whole school to support and participate and we are hoping to have a liaison from each culture that can advise on subjects like menus, displays and games.

These types of event take a lot of planning so we would like to kick off early in term 1 next year with the planning. Please email pta@halswell.school.nz if you would like to showcase your culture at next year’s event or you can help in any way next year.
