This term, all of the Ōtāwhito children have been learning how to do persuasive writing and how to effectively present a speech. The children all presented their speeches to their Tgroup, with the top two speeches from each T group going through to the finals. 

Last Wednesday, we held the finals of our speech competition.  The standard of speeches was extremely high - the children all had very well written speeches and spoke incredibly well.  

Our winners were:

3rd equal Lara, Hematej and Harry
