Every year we participate in the Hell Pizza Reading Challenge. This is a great nationwide initiative that encourages children to read and rewards them with pizza.

All primary school children can participate, and all they need to do is read 7 books. Each time your child reads a book you will need to sign a circle of the pizza wheel. When the pizza wheel has been signed 7 times, your child then brings this back to our library and I will click it with a special hole punch. It is then ready to take to any Hell Pizza branch to redeem for a free kids pizza.

The initiative runs for the whole school year and your child can complete as many pizza wheels as they wish.
