Mid year reporting

CATHIE ZELAS —

Next Monday, 20 June, parent access to your child's learning pages on Hero will be turned off to enable teachers to update information for our mid-year reports. Access will be turned on again, and reports will be available for viewing on Monday, 25 July. This is the first day of Term 3. During this period, you are still able to access student account information and use the absence message feature.

Your child's mid-year report comprises of:

  • an overall teacher judgement against our school expectations in maths, reading and writing. This gives you an indication of how your child is achieving compared to an average child.
  • updated goals in maths, reading and writing.
  • a Term 2 post on the "Wider Curriculum" page.
  • a maths, reading and writing post if your child is working towards our school expectations in these subjects.

A reminder that at the top of each reporting page in Hero, you can click on "about this page" or the three vertical dots to read information to help you interpret your child's report.
