Next Friday (7th September) we are having a Grandparents Day.  At Halswell School we would like to celebrate this day by inviting the grandparents of our students to come and join us at school for the morning.

We will begin with a special assembly in the Hall that will feature a short item from each Learning Team. Grandparents will then be invited to spend the rest of the morning (through until morning tea at 10.30am) in the Learning Centres with their grandchild/children. 

This event links into our current school-wide inquiry "Ways to Wellbeing" by connecting with the idea that our families are an important aspect of our overall wellbeing.
