We have spent the last few weeks working on the whole school organisation for next year. We are pleased to inform you that we will be returning to the following team structure for 2020: 

• Ahuriri - New Entrants
• Huritini - Years 1 and 2
• Ōrongomai - Years 3 and 4
• Ōtāwhito - Years 5 and 6
• Ōtūmatua - Years 7 and 8

This has always been our prefered team structure but due to significant differences in cohorts sizes and a large bubble moving through the school, we have not been able to accommodate this structure over the last couple of years. The above year groupings align neatly to the achievement levels contained in the New Zealand Curriculum and are a more natural fit for a number of extra-curricular activities such as sports programmes and school camps. 

We are currently in the process of appointing teachers for 2020 and hope to be able to share this with you in the near future.
