On Thursday 24th of September, our Year 5/6 netball team competed in the Canterbury Winter Tournament.

The girls qualified for this tournament placing 2nd out of 7 teams at the Lincoln Zones. Throughout Term 3 the girls trained hard and formed great connections. They overcome challenges with the date being postponed due to COVID multiple times. On the day, the girls played with enthusiasm, determination, and perseverance. They grew not only as individuals but also as a team, demonstrating their fantastic ACTIVE skills. I was really impressed with their teamwork and positive fair play throughout the day.
