On Friday the 1st of June cross country zones was held. The top 6 from each of the races went to zones. We had around 35 people from our school competing. 10 people from our school got through to Canterburys. The first race was the Y5 girls, Julia Mitchell and Navi Kaliyati were lucky enough to get through to Canterburys with Julia coming second and Navi at sixth. In the Y5 boys race Will Pringle and Leon Iggulden got to go to Canterburys. In year six Lorraine Ordonez and Harry Brindley got through to Canterburys. The results for Y7 were that Eve placed third and Cameron Gilmore got second sending them to Canterburys. In Y8 only boys got through to Canterburys, Leo Collins got fourth and Guy Collins got fifth.
