Halswell Community Planting Days:

The CCC is holding some public planting days at the Halswell Quarry.  It would be great to have some Halswell School students and families helping out.  The dates are Saturday 25 May and Saturday 8th June (10am - noon). See their website for more information.

Rubbish Free Lunches:

Thanks to all those parents who are putting an effort into making lunches rubbish free. We have seen a huge improvement in rubbish around the school. Well done to our lucky rubbish free lunch draw prize winners! 

Recycling Cell Phones:  Will you answer the Call?

This week is the last week for recycling cell phones for the Jane Goodall Foundation. Thanks to those who have put their old cell phones in the box in the office. For more information see this website.
