PTA News
*PTA MEETING*
Our next PTA meeting will be on Tuesday 13th June at 7pm in the staff lounge. Everyone is welcome so please come along - we'd love you to join us.
*CONSTITUTION CHANGES*
The PTA would like to make a small alteration to Section 3 of our Constitution. As per our Alteration Policy(Section 9), we are giving 21 days notice of intent to hold a Special Meeting before our General Meeting on Tuesday 13th June. There will also be copies available in the office if anyone wishes to take a look. The first paragraph is the original passage in the Constitution and the second paragraph contains the alteration we wish to make. 3. Membership
Any parent, caregiver, local Iwi or Runanga member, teacher or interested adult from the school community is a member of the PTA. Voting rights are reserved for those members who have attended three meetings* and have been approved as a member of the PTA Executive Committee. A member of the PTA Executive Committee failing to attend three consecutive meetings without reason/apologies may be deemed to have retired from the PTA Executive Committee in that they forfeit their voting rights but they remain a member of the PTA

*PEPPER & ME FUNDRAISER*
From the 14th June, we will be holding a fundraiser through Pepper & Me for two weeks. They sell a range of products such as spice rubs, sauces, pastes & flavoured salts to make your cooking amazing!
Everyone will receive a discount code to purchase their items and a percentage of sales will be returned back to the school. Best of all, everything will be purchased online then delivered straight to your door, so make sure you share this with your family and friends.
Keep your eyes peeled for more info coming out soon.
YEAR 7/8 LAKE TEKAPO & AORAKI/MOUNT COOK CAMP
Last week our Year 7/8 tamariki went on camp to Lake Tekapo and Aoraki/Mount Cook. It looks and sounds like they had an amazing time. This year the PTA was pleased to donate $50 to each child attending camp to help subsidise the costs.
We couldn't do this without our wonderful school community supporting our fundraisers, so big thanks to you.
